Bare Minerals... !!!! ! !?

Im in High school . Ive always used liquid foundation for my skin. I was thinking about trying Bare minerals foundation. The original one.. not Matte. Because I hate the matte look i really likke the dewy luminous kind of look . I want something that will cover really good. So does the original spf 15 bare minerals foundation cover good and is it not really matte?
