Colgate Luminous toothpaste ...?

I used to use Colgate Luminous and never had any problems with my teeth. Now they've discontinued it, and I can't find anything like it. My teeth hurt all the time and I have gotten a bunch of cavities. Does anybody have any recommendations for a toothpaste I can use that's comparable?
