Assuming this is a longer story or book, try splitting the descriptive parts up in diffetent places to break up the her's. the result will be that you will slowly reveal your character. otherwise cut out part of the description or speed it up. for example: "Green eyes, brown hair, smooth cheeks, the desire to be alone- all this set her apart from the others."
