Apartments in or around Baton Rouge/Denham Springs?

I'm moving to Baton Rouge in a couple months from Tennessee Since I'm so far away I can't go loo at places and I can only tell so much from online listings. I saw a couple on my last visit that weren't listed online. So I need some opinions from people who live there. I'd prefer a 2 bedroom (but will settle for one if its big enough) or townhouse. I like the ones that aren't in big complexes better. I can't go over $700. Anyone knows any nice apartments that aren't in complexes? Or any apartments that fit what I'm looking for?
