Do airsoft aegs need cleaning and matinence?

I'm looking into purchasing the g&g combat machine m4 airsoft gun. I do not like taking my guns apart, ive been playing airsoft for 7 months now and i have awful guns currently , the remington tac1,stinger p9,smith wesson. M4505. Do i have to take to take the m4 apart and mess with the spring every time im done using it?
